Welcome to I HEART U SPA, your own little personal esthetician/massage therapist in your personal little spa room.

I HEART U SPA is a little spa (located inside of the Norman School Lofts). My cozy little room is your personal spa: I personally book your appointments, I take care of your service, I ring you out, and I re-book you when you want to come visit me again. You are welcome to contact me directly to book or if you have any questions prior to/following a service.

• Online booking is available with a full day’s notice. Click HERE.
  (Please note: if booking a service as a surprise for someone, email and text notifications will go out to the email and number entered when booking online. Please use your own number and email and make a note when booking, or feel free to text/call me!)

• Feel free to text (preferred) or call me to schedule an appointment

• Texting is the most efficient way to book with me.
  Just text me: your first and last name and what services you’re looking to have done.
  (example: Hi! It’s Jane Doe. Do you have openings for a brow and lip wax?)

• If you prefer to call, it may go to voice mail, but I will get back to you as soon as I can.

• I don’t take walk-ins (per-se), but if you are in the area or are looking to get in right away, shoot me text/call; if I have an opening, I’ll get you in as soon as I can.

* Don’t be afraid to text at any time (I am a night owl); if I am asleep, I will get back to you as soon as I wake up.

** I do ask that you refrain from calling between the hours of 9pm-9am.

*** I am all about communication: you will receive several reminders from me regarding appointments, and if you have any questions at all/need to reschedule/cancel, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.

PAYMENTS & GRATUITY
For service payment, I accept all major credit cards and cash: sorry, no checks.

Any gratuity is much appreciated! Cash is, of course, wonderful 🙂
For your convenience, tipping is available via credit card.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
I give several reminders regarding scheduled appointments. As I am by appointment only and do not take walk-ins, I kindly request you give me as much heads up as you can in cancelling/rescheduling appointments.
I understand life happens however, if you would like to leave me anything for the time reserved for you, you can do so HERE
I so appreciate you taking my time into consideration!

When booking, depending on service length, I may request a deposit (up to 50% of the service cost) which will be refundable with a 48 hour cancellation notice. Your appointment may not be secured if the requested deposit is not paid within 24 hours of appointment request. Thank you for your understanding!

ABOUT ME

Wife and mother of 2 (3 if you include my dog), I have been an esthetician and massage therapist for 17 years. I am particularly particular, detail-oriented, and a bit (ok… a lot) of a perfectionist. (eg. don’t be frightened if I stare at your brows intently while I’m doing them: I’m just analyzing every last detail).

I *heart* symmetry and have always been drawn to all that is aesthetically pleasing, and my mother always said I have “freakishly strong hands”.
