FINDING ME

I am located in the Valentine area, just north of The Plaza and Westport. (It is a primarily residential area – I’m just north of The Sunfresh on Southwest Trafficway and a couple blocks west of The Uptown Theater). The parking lot/front entrance is accessible from Jefferson (between 35th and 36th street).
** Please keep in mind:
– If you would like to park in the parking lot. Just call or text when you pull onto Jefferson. There is a security gate I have to open for you.
– The front entrance is secured, as well, just call up to “Anna IHEARTU SPA” on the call box (located at the south/parking lot entrance) and I will buzz you in.
– There is assigned parking for the residents, so please ONLY park in the “Office Only” parking (otherwise, you may run the risk of getting towed). Unfortunately, if Office Only parking is full, you will have to street park.
– The parking lot and front entrance is located on the south side of the building. There is no call box on the east/Jefferson entrance.
- Parking in the parking lot:
– If you arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment, please call/text me as you are turning onto Jefferson St. I will open the gate for you. Then please use the call box to call up to “Anna IHEARTU Spa”.
– If you arrive earlier than 10 minutes of your appointment, text when you arrive. You may have to park temporarily on Jefferson. If I am available, I will open the gate for you; if not, please wait in your car and I will contact you as soon as I can open the gate. - STREET PARKING: Street Parking is available on Jefferson. From there, you can walk to the south/parking lot entrance, and I can buzz you in. Call up to “Anna IHEARTU SPA” from the call box.
- ENTRANCE INTO THE BUILDING: Once you have arrived, call “Anna IHEARTU Spa” on the call box (located to the left of the south/parking lot entrance door). I will buzz you in.
- GETTING TO ME: I am on the 3rd floor. (So sorry, but there is no elevator. It’s actually only 1.5 flights of stairs!) Go up stairs as you enter, then go right and take the stairs at the end of the hallway. My room is in the middle of the hall, on the right (you’ll see 2 yellow velvet chairs outside). If the door is closed, please have a seat and I will be right with you 🙂
- LEAVING THE BUILDING: When leaving the building, press the green button to the right of the main door – it unlocks the left door to exit.
- TAKING A LEFT ON SOUTHWEST TRAFFICWAY: Please note – there is no left turn onto Southwest Trafficway from 36th St. Please take 35th St. or Valentine.
